We are heading down to the Big Easy for an unforgettable experience! This is the 4th Annual Baddies with Business Retreat and Community Bazaar, a personalized experience tailored by Black women for Black women. We are excited to bring you a weekend to connect with like-minded Baddies like no other! Our focus this year is Retreat to Reset: Creating intentional space to connect, celebrate, and realign to get our businesses on the right track. We’re excited to call the Andre Cailloux Center, on Bayou Rd., our home for the weekend!

April 12-14, 2024 New Orleans, LA: The Baddies are headed to New Orleans for an inspirational and culture filled three-day weekend. A three-day immersive experience featuring immersive workshops, inspiring panel, and ongoing community building. Discover your true potential and unleash your inner Baddie.
Baddie Kickbacks (COMING SOON)

Forge meaningful connections with like-minded women in a vibrant and inclusive environment. Our kickbacks provide a relaxed setting to engage in conversations, build relationships, and expand your professional network in your city.
Baddie Pitch Events (COMING SOON)

Join this intimate event where a curated list of Baddies can pitch for a chance to win cash prizes. Before each pitch, Baddies participate in coaching with our Founder, Malliron Hodge, to be ready for the big day. Select attendees are carefully curated based on the Baddies pitching to ensure there are opportunities for ongoing support, sustainability, and growth.
Emerging Baddie Bazaar (COMING SOON)

Our Emerging Baddie Bazaar is a weekend-long pop-up opportunity for the Baddies who are interested in vending and need a safe space to practice. A curated list of Baddies works closely with our Founder to get weekends ready for an experience that will take their business to the next level.
