Meet Our Village Stewards
Saint Louis, MO: Arkayla Tenney-Howard is a multi-dimensional communications strategist and small-business baddie, passionate about using storytelling to build community and drive impact. As the founder of Wildflower Communications, she helps clients grow through creative, strategic campaigns that meet them where they are. A poet, psychedelic advocate, and proud mom to four rescued fur babies, Arkayla infuses every project with freedom, authenticity, and a deep commitment to growth.
Denver, CO: By day, Brittany Dawson is TEDx Speaker and Global Corporate Trainer who brings high energy to corporate training. Brittany has worked with orgs like Amazon, Indeed, and Constellation Brands (the name behind Modelo). When she's not speaking, she loves staying fluent in RHOA (because saying "I said what I said" and "Who said that?!" just hits different), bringing her Southern warmth to all she meets (South Carolina raised, Denver living!), and eating good food: yes she's an Earth sign!
